Mohamed (Mo) Elhoseiny

Mohamed (Mo) Elhoseiny is founder and CEO of CreativAI, which builds infrastructure to turn video into structured, queryable information for visual and physical AI. He is also an associate professor of computer science at KAUST and principal investigator of the Vision-CAIR group. He earned a Ph.D. from Rutgers University and earlier degrees from Ain Shams University. Before KAUST he was a postdoc at Meta FAIR and held visiting roles at Stanford and Baidu, plus research time at Adobe and SRI. His work spans computer vision, vision-language models, zero-shot learning, and computational creativity, and has been covered by MIT Technology Review and featured in HBO’s Silicon Valley.
